Contrary to software-based approaches, our translation and campaign adaptation process is overseen in its entirety by people. Language is complex, dynamic, and in constant change. Cognitive ability allows us to infer context, thus conveying the true meaning of a message. Software just can’t provide this.
To further ensure a message’s reach to a target audience, we employ a network of verifiers that can certify any translation or campaign adaptation for the market it will be reaching. This means that if an English-language piece will be translated into Spanish for distribution in the Southwestern U.S. region, for example, a specific agent will oversee the process to ensure that the pertinent regionalisms are included in the project.
